General Cullen is a retired Brigadier General of the United States Army Reserve Judge Advocate General's Corps who last served as the Chief Judge (IMA) of the U.S. Army Court of Criminal Appeals. General Cullen has received a number of awards and medals during the course of his military career, including the Distinguished Service Medal. He currently practices law in New York City.
